Hello everyone. I hope you all had a great summer and are ready to move into Fall. We had a wonderful summer and now my kids have been back to school for about 3 weeks now and it's busy, especially with Owen in JK now and Emily in grade six. It's a busy time of year getting back into the routine of waking up early and making lunches every night. My kids are quite picky and they do not eat a paleo diet and to be honest I haven't lately either. Lots going on, stress and more health issues occurring and more news that I will let out very soon. My kids eat a lot of fruit whih I am happy about so they get fruit in their lunches along with granola bars and other nut free snacks.
