2 chicken breast
1 can of diced tomatoes ( no salt added)
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 onion diced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mango powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
pinch of salt
1/2 can of coconut cream
Place all ingredients in a bowl including chicken. Leave to marinate for half an hour. Then grill on BBQ. Serve.
