1lb of ground beef
1 tsp of Italian herbs
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
salt and pepper a pinch

Sauce
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
half a can of tomato sauce
2 tsp of coconut aminos
1 cup of coconut sugar
2 tbsp of honey
1 can of tomato paste
Mix the meatball mixture together with hands. Make small balls and place each one on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until completely cooked and no longer pink. In a slow cooker place all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Place the meatballs in the sauce and stir. Cook for an hour or two so the sauce can heat up with the meatballs. Serve as dinner or party meatballs. Enjoy
