Mmmmmmmm chicken drumsticks for dinner tonight. I find it hard some nights thinking about what to make for dinner that the whole family will love and I definitely nailed it this time because my kids loved this meal, especially my oldest Daughter who is a very picky eater. These drumsticks were fall off the bone delicious and perfect sweetness to them. Very easy to make. I always cook drumsticks longer because I find this part of the chicken always takes longer and I am always paranoid about pink chicken so I could these for almost two hours in the oven and they turned out amazing.
3 packs of chicken drumsticks ( about 6 in a pack )
1/3 cup of dijon mustard you can add a little extra if you like
1/4 cup of honey
Juice of 1/2 a medium size lemon
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Preheat the oven to 350. Place all the chicken drumsticks in an oven proof dish like a casserole dish. Pour all the ingredients on to the chicken. You don't need to stir just turn the drumsticks over once so the sauce can spread over the meat. Place in the oven for 1 hour and half. Make sure they are cooked through and ready to eat. Enjoy.
