I was inspired by someone on Instagram @tina_luz to not drink coffee for a few days, but smoothies instead. I've been feeling crummy lately from my coffee and feel it's been a little too much recently so I'm taking a break for a few days and drinking some fresh smoothies to start the day. Yesterday was day one and I had a mango and banana smoothie with coconut milk. I have posted a picture and the recipe below.
1 banana
1 mango
1 cup of coconut milk
Peel the banana and mango and add to a blender with the coconut milk. Blend on smoothie option until everything is combined. Pour into a glass and drink.
