I made these popsicles yesterday so that they would be ready today and they turned out really yummy and Owen is loving them this morning. Refined sugar free so I am not worried about him eating them early in the morning. Little pieces of nectarine make a perfect snack when you get to the bottom of the popsicle. Owen loved that part, it was a surprise as he didn't know I had made them that way. Here is my recipe
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of water
1 1/2 tbsp of honey
1 nectarine sliced in small pieces
Place the orange juice, water and honey in a blender and blend for a few seconds so the honey mixes well with the liquid. Place the pieces of nectarine into each popsicle holder and pour the juice mix into each one. Place the lids in each holder and freeze overnight. Run them under warm water when they are ready so they slide out easily. Enjoy
