I was craving something Indian to eat and my favourite food is East Indian and i absolutely love it and it upsets me that I cant eat it anymore, not the sauces anyway or the breads. Tonight i thought of creating a marinade for some chicken i had in my fridge and I felt like a BBQ. All of these spices you can find in your grocery stores spice isle. Here is my marinade, try it out and let me know what you think.
Serves: 2
2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp of tandoori marsala ( this is a ground powder)
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of ginger
1/2 a can of coconut cream ( from fridge)
Place the chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well and mix into the chicken breasts. Let sit for a couple of hours in the fridge to marinate. Heat BBQ up and place the chicken on the main grill and cook until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with a salad or your favourite side. Try out one of my salad recipe or BBQ sweet potato.
