Pork tenderloins are so yummy and tender, especially in the crock pot. This recipe I made in the oven, but I usually cook it in the crock pot. Try this recipe out I'm sure you'll love.
1 red pepper
1 orange pepper
1 tbsp honey
s&p
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1/3 cup apple juice ( no sugar added)
1 apple, peeled and sliced
Place the tenderloin in a oven proof dish. Saute the red and orange pepper until soft. Pour the peppers into the blender once they have cooled. Blend on low until its pureed. Add the honey, salt and pepper. coconut aminos and apple juice. Blend on low for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the tenderloin and place the sliced apples around or on top of the meat. Place in the oven at 350' for an hour. If using in the crock pot set at low for 7 hours. Check it at 6 hours because it may be done by then depending on your crock pot. Serve with zucchini noodles or sweet potato ribbons or even a salad.
