I am a saucy kinda gal and i probably mentioned that before, but I love sauces with most of my meals and this is one of them. This is delicious and filled with carrot and parsnip zoodles, garlic white sauce and mushrooms and onions. Yum!!!! You have to try this out.
4 carrots spiralized
3 parsnips spiralized
1 tsp of Italian herbs
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
2 tbsps of coconut flour
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
1 cup of sliced muchrooms
1 onions sliced
Place all the veggies in the dish. Mix the almond milk, herbs s&p, and coconut flour and garlic.in a separate bowl. Whisk well. Place in the preheated oven of 340 degrees for about an hour or until zoodles are soft. Serve with your meal and enjoy.
