It is so hot today, 29 degrees here in my area in Canada. This day called for popsicles, I knew the day before that it was going to be this hot so I made them yesterday. I told both my older children they could have popsicles when my daughter came home from school. These popsicles are so easy to make and just two ingredients. I will be making different popsicles in the future, sooner than later and I will definiteIy be posting the recipes. I hope you and your family enjoy them.
To obtain the coconut cream place a can of coconut milk in the fridge the night before or at least two hours ahead of time.
1/2 can of coconut cream
2 oranges
Cut the oranges in half and then quarters. Cut out the orange pulp and place in the blender. Squeeze any remainder juice into the blender. Add the coconut cream and blend on low for a few minutes or until combines. Pour into your favourite popsicle holders ( I used rocket ship ones ) and place in the freezer for a couple of hours or over night. When your ready to eat them run it under warm water so that it slide out of the holder easily. Have fun and enjoy.
