Well I had my appt today with my naturopath and it was overwhelming and a little upsetting. My list for foods I am sensitive to is very long. There are some foods that I am highly sensitive to and alot that are moderate. If I didnt eat all the foods I am sensitive to I would become malnourished, so the foods that are moderate I will have to rotate them and not eat anything back to back. Here are the main foods that are high:
dairy Cranberry cauliflower
Amaranth flour Yeast both types celery
Banana peach
Strawberry lemon
lettuce coffee
cucumber sugar
radish corn
cabbage broccoli
carrot white potato
tomato mushroom
Those are the highest rated foods I am sensitive to. low to Moderate foods are:
goats milk honey pumpkin
mozzarella cheese gluten, wheat squash
cheddar cheese string bean
clam spelt
scallop whole wheat
red grapefruit sesame seed
lemon oat
orange pinto bean
pear green pepper
pineapple onion
I am happy about the fact that all nuts, coconut and eggs are not on that list. Now i have to come up with menus that i can rotate my foods so that i don't create new sensitivities. even the low to moderate food has to be rotated. So that was a look into what the results were like from the food sensitivity test and I am now going to create recipes that are still paleo but modified. If I didn't eat beans or nuts I will have nothing left to eat, so I need to eat some beans to keep my diet going. Here I go........
