I went apple picking today with my children and my Sister and her son and a friend. We had lots of fun and the farm was so busy, but we managed to get a full bag of Royal Gala apples and the kids got to play in the hay maze. Lot's of fun!!! I couldn't wait to get home to make something. My sister's friend Kelly mentioned apple crisp and she needed a recipe so I thought I'd make apple crisp so she could make some too. This dessert is delicious and I absolutely love it, the best yet! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. You can make this nut free by leaving the pecans out. I updated this recipe and made the water 1 cup and its amazing!!!
