I have to admit I am a snacker, always have been and probably always will and that's okay. I snack while cooking dinner sometimes to, can't help it. I made these sticks so that I can leave on my counter and grab one when I feel like picking something to snack on and they are perfect for just that and they are dairy free and refined sugar free.
