Thanksgiving dinner or even Christmas is the absolute best especially with stuffing. My Mum always made stuffing into balls and I love them so I decided to do the same. These are without breadcrumbs but instead with sweet potato which made them even better. My stuffing balls are always crispy because I loooove crispy stuffing.
1 roll of sausage meat, about 1 lb
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 egg
1 sweet potato, diced into small chunks
fresh or dry sage. 2 tsps
1 onion, diced into small pieces
1/2 cup of pecans
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands until combined. Make balls out of the stuffing, you can make the size you prefer. Place in a roasting pan or dish and place in the oven at 350. Cook for half an hour or until cooked through and to your crispy preference. Serve with your dinner and enjoy.
