Sweet potato fries to the rescue. Yum yum yum. Love em!!! These fries are crispy and deliciously spicy. Topped with guacamole made the perfect touch. I haven't had white potato in the house for a while other than chips, but I haven't made fries and I think my Husband misses them. I know he will love these though.
1 -2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into fries.
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of Italian herbs
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
pinch of salt and pepper
2 avocados
1/2 a lime juice
pinch of salt and pepper
1 clove of crushed garlic
Preheat the oven to 425'. Cut the sweet potatos into fries. Place them in a bowl and pour the olive oil, Italian herbs, chilli, cayenne salt and pepper on to the fries and mix well. In a separate bowl mix the avocado, lime juice, garlic and salt and pepper. When the fries are done about 25 minutes or until golden brown
