I love having our own veggie garden where we have a blackberry bush and strawberries and blueberries. The blackberries we've been able to pick almost everyday, they are delicious. The other day I made a nut free berry crumble and today I picked enough blackberries to make jam. The jam is super easy to make.
2 cups of blackberries
1 tsp of lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp of honey
Mix all ingredients in a pot and dinner for 15 minutes or until thick. Mash with a potato masher. Let the jam cool and pour into a sterilized and clean mason jar. Place in the fridge to set.
