Gravy is the perfect addition to a roast dinner. So delicious.
1 tsp of Italian herbs
3 cups of water from your vegetables
1 organic beef cube, gluten free, non gmo and no msg added
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of arrowroot or tapioca flour
Boil the vegetable water with the herbs and beef cube until dissolved. In a glass or cup mix the water and flour together until thick but not clumpy or too thick. Add a little more water to it if needed.
It should be easy to pour. Pour the flour mix into the vegetable water slowly and whisking at the same time until you see the gravy become thick. Simmer on low and then take off the heat. Pour over your roast and enjoy.
